There’s some news on the Roots/Soul stadium front with Jon from the Roots Blog providing insight on the current situation.
The Quakes earn a 1-1 draw at Nashville thanks to Jack Skahan’s second half goal to draw the game even. Next for them is a big match at the home of the NFL 49ers against LAFC continuing a tradition that began last year.
Also the team lands a Designated Player from Argentina. The new signee has a pedigree and is related to a late great legend.
Bay FC lose 2-1 to San Diego on the road. Asisat Oshoala scored in the second half to tie the game but once again the draw was blown with Jayden Shaw scoring the winner for the Wave late in the second half. The team returns home for two games against Portland and Chicago.
The Town FC lose at Tacoma.
