Bay FC loses 1-0 to Kansas City Current thanks to a record breaking goal from Temwa Chawinga in the 35th minute. Her tally was the 19th of the regular season and broke the record set in 2019 by Sam Kerr with Chicago.

Bay FC will play their final home game of the season against North Carolina Courage on Saturday October 19 at 7pm. Kansas City will host San Diego on the same day in a matinee at 10am.
